The homeowner asked for a facelift on their front walk way. They used to have red holland stone bricks for their walk way and wanted a more modern take that would match their houses colors. We solved this issue by implementing a new up to date walkway with fossil Beacon Hill Smooth pavers with Dark Charcoal Matonii Pavers as an accent saylor course to match the house colors.

Similarly to the front walkway, the patio in the backyard was red hollandstone that had sank and shifted over years of wear. In this project, it was an overlay on an existing concrete patio that still had good integrity so we used sand as the bedding course. The homeowner chose Beacon Hill Smooth Fossil with a limestone brussel block wall block to retain the plant bed.

For this project the neighbor saw us working on their neighbors patio and asked for a quote. They also had an addition put on their house and wanted a functional area in the backyard. For this project we removed their existing patio and shrubs that were near the back steps. We then excavated the area for base of the patio. There is a slope toward their neighbors house that created a challenge. We installed wall block and limestone coping to create an area for retaining in the patio base to rase the patio to achieve a level grade.

Once the wall was built we installed ¾ limestone and geotextile fabric to get the proper base in place. We then added our 3/8 chip bedding material and installed Beacon Hill Smooth Champagne with a Matonii Sable border.
